This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Ends Town Hall platform, including the website at endstownhall.com, the fingerprint scanner, the Discord bot, and any associated services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Intended Use

Ends Town Hall provides browser fingerprinting and threat detection tools designed exclusively for anti-abuse purposes in Discord communities. Our Services are intended to help server owners:

• Detect and prevent ban evasion through alt accounts
• Identify bots, automated tools, and suspicious behavior
• Protect communities from raiders and bad actors
• Verify legitimate members through non-invasive fingerprinting

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Services to:

• Stalk, harass, doxx, or track individuals outside of server moderation
• Collect or store fingerprint data for purposes unrelated to Discord server security
• Sell, share, or distribute fingerprint data to third parties
• Attempt to de-anonymize users or correlate fingerprints with real-world identities
• Discriminate against users based on their device, location, or network type
• Use fingerprint data for advertising, marketing, or profiling
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our scanner or APIs
• Overwhelm our infrastructure with automated requests beyond your plan limits
• Use our Services for any illegal activity under applicable law
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass security measures on the platform

4. Data Handling Requirements

If you are a server owner using our Services:

• You must inform your Discord server members that fingerprint verification is in use
• You must not use scan results to publicly shame or expose users
• Verification results should only be accessible to authorized moderators
• You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your credentials, allow unauthorized access, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to all Services, without refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement if necessary.

7. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this policy, please contact us at support@endstownhall.com or report it in our Discord server.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through our Discord server or website.
