Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through Ends Town Hall, including the Pro ($15/month) and Enterprise ($49/month) plans. We want you to be satisfied with our Services, and this policy outlines when and how refunds are handled.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost. No payment is required and no refund applies.
3. Paid Plans — Refund Window
To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact us at support@endstownhall.com with your account email and reason for the request.
4. After the Refund Window
After the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial or full refund if:
- A significant service outage prevented you from using the platform for an extended period
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
- A feature critical to your plan was removed or became permanently unavailable
We generally do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after the 7-day window
- Unused portions of a billing period after voluntary cancellation
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscriptions are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
